The impossible is a film based on real events. In Spain, It was released on the 11th October 2012 and It was a box-office hit. The main character are the mother, father and the three children. This family went to Thailand for christmas holidays.
At the beginning of the film, the family is in the swimming pool of the hotel. Suddenly, a tsunami engulf them. The family is separated and some of them are injured. For this reason, they have difficulty in meeting. They pass days without seeing each other but they keep looking for their family.
Finally, by chance, they end up meeting in the hospital, but the mother is badly injured and It is very possible she will not survive.
In my opinion, It is an awesome film. The movie teaches us to value our family. Something unexpected could happen at any time and you might never see them again.
